Starting with the Basics

Like with many gardens we developed, this one had just a lawn meeting the colourbond fencing - the yard was begging for action!

The Brief

The client wanted a sitting area both under cover and out in the sun, with features and foliage plants wherever one may look

Texture and Colour

Using timber is always a good way to bring earthiness and texture to a garden, especially when embellished with lovely plants and soft lighting

Feature

This lazercut screen can also be seen from the kitchen / dining area and a bedroom so it was important to illuminate it so it could be appreciated day and night. Within 2 years the Chinese star jasmine would have filled-out all around it.
