Office Frontage - Payenham Road

Resilience
This office frontage is exposed to high levels of noise, pollution, heat and foot traffic. Our design included plants and materials which could withstand the tough conditions.

Tranquility
We achieved a space which you cold enter and appreciate the various colour tones and textures of plants and trees, along with the calming effect

Security
We engaged a fencing contractor to build the fence and install the electric, self closing gate. We ensured the foundations for the fence were large enough for stability, so the gate could latch perfectly every time.

Built Elements
Once the walls were built, we began the layers of construction in the courtyard. Here you see us using granite cobbles on the horizontal and vertical plane for interest. We had to lay the paving first, then dry-cut channels for the granite to fit perfectly inside.

Functionality
We incorporated space for a BBQ, a table setting, raised and ground level gardens and timber seating. Low voltage lighting also added to the magnificent feeling of separation from the road in the evenings

Longevity
This project is standing the 'test of time' due to how thorough we were with preparation, how we over-engineered the construction and paid attention to every detail in the final phases.
